We all know how close the Kardashian family is. They are so close they even want to live side-by-side. Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian have recently spent $37 million on mansions that are in each other’s backyards.
The mother daughter duo have bought mansions in the Hidden Hills, a gated community in the deep area of San Fernando Valley. This is not a new area for the Jenners/Kardashians to reside, as they have lived in this gated community for a very long time.
Kris and Bruce Jenner moved to Hidden Hills in 1996, before Kylie Jenner was even born. Ever since then, Kris has been a resident of this community and taking a look at her new pad, it doesn’t seem like she has any plans to leave.
While there has been speculation of the two purchasing these side-by-side mansions, there has not been a figure of how much each spent until now. Khloe has spent $17 million on her new place, while Kris’s was a little more pricey at $20 million.
These mansions are so close they could be connected. However, it is no secret that the Kardashian family likes to stay near to one another. Every one of the Kardashian/Jenner girls live in close proximity to one another. Some in Calabasas while others are in Hidden Hills, but nonetheless they are all within 6 miles of one another.Â
This isn’t a bad thing the family likes to stick together. They are such a big family and considering how famous each family member is, it’s nice to know they are all around to keep an eye on one another.
These mansions are both considered some of the most expensive estates ever sold in Hidden Hills. While they don’t take the number one spot for priciest mansion, they are very high up at the top of the list.
Both of the huge estates are still under construction, so there probably aren’t any plans to move in soon. Khloe’s home is about 10,000 square feet while Kris’s is a little larger at 16,000 square feet. This makes sense considering Kris dished out a few more million dollars than Khloe. Regardless, both of these mansions are beautiful.
Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian have always been close to one another. This relationship has been showcased throughout the duration of Keeping Up With the Karadashians for 10+ years. Although the show is now coming to an end, fans don’t expect this to change. Despite their ups and downs, Kris and Khloe always have each other’s backs. Therefore, it comes as no surprise the two want to be right next to one another. Especially with Kris’s granddaughter now going to be living next door, they definitely plan to make more memories even though the cameras won’t be there to capture it.
