Rita Wilson Attends Tony Awards with Son Colin Hanks Following Breast Cancer Battle
Rita Wilson made a dazzling red carpet appearance at the Tony Awards on Sunday night on the arm of her stepson, Colin Hanks, just a few months after undergoing a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery.
The proud mom took to Twitter to share a photo of herself and Colin – the son of husband Tom Hanks and his ex-wife Samantha Lewes – as they got settled into their seats.
“Just sat down!” she wrote. “Great seats!”
Wilson was on hand to celebrate her role in Larry David’s A Fish in the Dark.
