Lea Michelle Stays Fit By Saying ‘No’ To Temptations


Lea Michelle has achieved an enviable level of health and fitness, and it turns out much of her secret is the simple ability to say no to unhealthy options.

“I’m good in the sense that I’ve never eaten fast food,” Michelle recently told E! News. “I do not drink soda. I don’t eat candy.”

Instead, the Glee alum says she focuses on keeping healthy food options in her house at all times, combined with a serious workout regimen.

“I love working out,” she explains of her SoulCycle addiction. “I work out to feel good but also so I can eat whatever I want.”
